The most of touristic services in Marienbad is operating daily during the summer season. Offices (except tourists info centres and travel agencies) are closed at weekends and public holidays as well as post offices, banks, pharmacies and some shops. This is not the case with shopping malls, which are open at weekends and some public holidays (see exceptions below). Shops in the town centre are usually also open daily. Some places of interest (as museums or galleries) in Czech Republic are open on public days and weekends, while Monday is a closing day. Public transport service of Marienbad is operating daily from 5:00 to 22:30. There’s a nonstop emergency ward at a hospital.

Shopping malls Holidays

There are 8 Holidays in the Czech Republic when all the malls and shopping centres larger than 200 m² of floor area are closed. Except for Easter Monday, the dates of the holidays are fixed.
